The Week Recognizes UniGroup’s 6,000 Van Operators
ST. LOUIS - UniGroup is recognizing the service and celebrating the dedication of its more than 6,000 van operators during its Van Operator Appreciation Week May 6-10. UniGroup is the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, UniGroup Logistics and UniGroup Worldwide Moving. The companies deliver moving services and supply chain solutions across the United States and around the world.
“We understand our van operators make many sacrifices for a life on the road,” said Dave Pile, safety director. “This week, we want to express our appreciation for their hard work, their compassion and their drive to provide a premier customer experience.”
Van operators passing through UniGroup’s headquarters in suburban St. Louis can participate in special activities, receive giveaway items, be treated to breakfast or lunch and much more. In addition, UniGroup will have special giveaways for van operators unable to visit headquarters during the week and UniGroup agents across the country are hosting events of their own for the van operators in their agencies.
